We are currently seeking a General Manager for the York Revolution at Sovereign Bank Stadium, located in York, PA. The York Revolution are a member of the Freedom Division of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball.
Sovereign Bank Stadium accommodates seating for 5200, offers a full range of family friendly features and attractions, including a large catered picnic area overlooking the field and a fantastic amusement area for kids of all ages. The ballpark also serves as a multipurpose facility by accommodating other sporting events as well as concerts, meetings, conferences, holiday parties, etc.
The General Manager will be responsible for all catering, concessions, restaurant operations and merchandising.
Duties of the General Manager include, but are not limited to:
• Maximizing revenue

Job Requirements:
* Candidate must have at least 5 years management (General Management) experience in high volume Concession and Merchandise setting
* Previous experience in a Stadium / Arena / Sporting Facility Environment
* Must be a hands-on self starter that can creatively teach and lead a team in this exciting, fun and family friendly environment
* Must be a true people person and have be able to relate to all levels of associates, clients in this environment
*Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes irregular hours and weekends
