"Frank" or "Frankie as we call him (?) is a healthy and
robust adult BF Amazon. If you do not know anything about
Amazon parrots and their "multiple personalities, do not
inquire about our Frank please.

Frankie does talk, saying the typical "hello" as well as
many other words and phrases. We feed a diet consisting of
seed/nut/fruit mix, pellets, fresh fruit & veggies as well
as whatever we may be eating. Like most Amazons, Frankie
enjoys pizza, cheesey bread, scrambled eggs etc. Frankie
is NOT a suitable bird for homes with loud noisy small
kids etc..like all birds, he WILL bite. Frankie loves to
be out of his cage, in fact, he prefers it! He is a very
neat bird, will use the "facilities" on/in his cage, not
all over your house. He is not an explorer, he doesn't
wander around when out, he is rather content to just hang
out by his "house".

Frankie is NOT a problem bird at all, he is a typical
Amazon, he does vocalize for a few minutes in the Am & PM,
and talks through the day, but he is quiet at bedtime. I
must stress..Frankie is NOT a noisy screamer or a problem
bird..we have a couple of those and know that no one in
their sane mind would adopt one of them, so we will keep
them of course...we are used to their insanity :)

Frankie is in excellent feather/health, and he does have
full flight feathers, as do all our birds. We feel Frankie
would do better in a little less chaotic home than ours,
he would prefer more one on one than we are able to give.
If the "right" home is not found, Frankie will simply stay
put with us, he is no danger of being homeless.

Please note, we are asking a very reasonable fee of
$450.00 (neg to the right home) for the parrot,cage as
well as some food etc.

I have a 3 year old ShihTzu who is the most loving dog ever (not that I'm biased!) When I give him a bath at home he is fine, but when I take him to the groomer, it's another story. We've always taken him to the same place, and I'm not sure if maybe he just doesn't like it there...?

They have told us he's a little difficult, but (long story short) I think it's time to find somewhere new. He doesn't get violent and has never bitten anyone, he just hates the clippers (and right now he really needs a good haircut.)

So... does anyone have any suggestions of a GOOD groomer who will be patient with him (and nice to him too!)?

We live near Dover, but I am willing to take him anywhere in or near York.

No pictures . I had bought both of these myself at the Coach store as a gift for someone and then put them away. I forgot about them and just came across them when cleaning a closet out. You can go to COACH offficial website and find them under pet supplies and then they are the Chocolate Brown leather, leash and collar with the official dog bone COACH engraved emblem.

Asking $75 for the SET of collar and leash which is less then half of what the cost is.
