This fully-furnished rental sits on a wooded, quiet, 53-acre private estate, next to the beautiful Otter Creek. Owner/landlord lives on the premises in a different house. Parking is available off the main road convenient to the location.

Calling all fishermen. Free off-road parking. A special daily room rate for you, depending upon availability. Otter Creek, stocked with trout every year, is ideal, if you like to fish. Wonderful for vacations, too.

We are willing to rent on a monthly basis, plus utilities. Depending upon availability, this rental makes available a choice of one room with a queen -size bed or one room with a double bed, all furnished with linens supplied, including electric blankets. All bedrooms and bathroom are on one floor. We provide a large comfortable living room/dining area and a complete kitchen. Each room has a fridge, microwave and TV. Satellite TV and Wifi satellite are included in utilities. Phone and fax have free long distance.

This rental needs to be seen to be appreciated, as it is rustic, therefore won’t fit into any known category. Ideal for artists, writers, photographers, etc. as it is quiet and secluded.
