Hey now! I am looking for a new roommate in my apartment, as my old one wishes to relocate on behalf of a new job and a new girlfriend.

Here's a little about the place. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located at Powder Mill Manor apartments in South York. It's off either the Queen Street or Leader Heights exit of 83. It is roughly 1320 square feet, very spacious for a 2BR. You will have a rather large room of your own, plus your own half-bathroom, and a common shower area. The apartment in on the second floor, and has it's own entrance from the outside. Parking is ample, and the grounds are very well kept. The place is fairly funished, I have a good amount of furniture, but lacks in the "arts and decorations" department. I even have my own cool custom lighting project installed, which can light up half the apartment in any color you want (good for the chill atmosphere, just have to see if, very unique). Comes with a range, microwave, oven, refridge, washer and drier. If you are going to either York College or Penn State York, it would be very close by to commute.

I have a new washer/dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also have a large 8 seat dining room table, hutch, etc. Have a side court with grill and outdoor furniture.

I usually stay on the second floor, where one room is a living room I use and the other is my bedroom. I have my own bathroom there which houses the washer/dryer.

The living room downstairs has a TV you can use and most likely you would probably have a living room setup on the 3rd floor for private usage.

There is a basement for storing items, but it is a narrow stairway and big items would not fit through. Lots of space though, so good for extra boxes you may have.

Location is 3 blocks from downtown York. My block is safe, many other downtown locations are not.

I prefer male roommates, but have had a female roommate before. Good for young professional, couple, etc. No pets. You will not, under any circumstances, have drugs in my home, what you do on your own time is none of my business. Prefer quiet after 11 or so weeknights for my career. Prefer professionals or people with steady income.

Seek $300 security and pro-rated portion of that month's rent for moving in.
