Lease is for a year. Can't beat the rate for all u get: Close to Bay, excellent marina /facility/staff/amenities galore/pool/clubhouse w bar and activities, etc./mech. on property/gated/beautiful grounds/pavilions and so much more. All water sports at your doorstep incl. great fishing and crabbing. Check the website out for pics and more. Depth about 5-6 ft. mean avg., takes boats up to Max LOA of 36' per marina rules. Condo type marina and this slip is owned by me, lessor. I have had great success in renting as I USUALLY ALLOW AN INITIAL DOWNPAYMENT and a payment or two after to make things a bit easier. PLUS, my rate is lower than what the marina typically charges. I could go on and on, but it truly is a great, NEAR to everything spot at the bay and makes boating ez and most convenient even when u have limited time for a short cruise!
