Bauer 10 project sailboat. This boats isn’t complete but has great potential with someone who’s determined. I have a mast, boom, and sail from a tanzer 14 sailboat I planned on using. I figured an oversized rig for the lakes with little wind would be nice, you can always reef the sail. Interior finish is in great shape and would look brand new with a buff and wax. I do not have paper work for this boat and would require a launch permit to sail or row.
