Linscott Properties is looking for a person who can run a small town office of 70 residences in Adams County. The responsibility is to manage the daily operation of the town including handling resident issues, supervising leases, managing the maintenance staff, managing outside contractors and managing a budget.
Requirements: The candidate must have two years customer service experience and, knowledge of accounting, and property maintenance. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
Compensation: Position starts at $20 per hour ($41,600/yr) and will increase based on experience.
One week of paid vacation each year.
