Flexible hours. Work around your own schedule as many or as few hours you choose.
This is a state licensed position. We will walk you through the license process.

Minimal travel required, you select the area you want to work.

You must:
Have dependable transportation.
Be dependable.
Be trainable.
Work independently, unsupervised after training.

We inspect properties for damages. You do not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings. You just walk through the building. If the ceiling has rain damage, you know it's a bad roof. If there is a water stain from the bathroom you know there is a water leak. If the house is on fire. . . you get it. You take some pictures of the damage and fill out about 15 minutes worth of paper work.

We are Public Insurance Adjusters. When we find damages, our company represents the property owner to ensure the insurance companies treat them fairly and pays them fairly.

The opportunity is simple, enjoyable and pays very well. You will never be laid off, out sourced and our profession is inflation resistant. We need everyone from entry level through upper management.

When a property owner has damage and need to file a claim with their insurance company, our company's responsibility is to represent them to the insurance company. I want to emphasize that we don't sell insurance or anything like that. We help people with their insurance problems. We also do not work for any insurance company. We are similar to consumer advocates for the homeowner.

I am an Executive Vice President and I will train or oversee the training for the right people for entry level and those who qualify to move up to management and executive positions. Our company will teach you absolutely everything you need for success.

You choose when you work. Work as little or as much as you choose. Your family comes first. Your personal schedule takes priority over company time. No explanations or excuse needed. You also work where you want. We are needed everywhere there are buildings (homes, business or commercial).

Your job is to visit the property, inspect the damage, take some pictures and fill out about 15 minutes of paper work. That is all you have to do. Keep in mind you do not climb on roofs or crawl in tight spaces, that is someone else's job, you just walk through.

Then our office staff and others will take care of any additional paperwork and red tape. This is to ensure that the client gets what they are entitled to. As I'm sure you know, people rarely get what they're entitled to, always get the runaround and it's just a big hassle. We take care of that for them.

A couple of my new people held off on responding because it sounded too good to be true. Now they realize it is that good! This is enjoyable you help people and pays very well. If this sounds like something you may wish to learn more about, the next step in the process will be to attend a 30 minute pre-interview presentation. Since most people are unfamiliar with the public adjusting business, we find it beneficial to explain it in a group setting.

The purpose of this is to answer most of the questions you may have. The presentation will cover information about the company, industry, job description and pay. Qualified applicants must attend a session to be considered for these positions. The presentation takes about a half an hour.

Our company is experiencing explosive growth and has several offices expanding. Please look over the list for the office nearest you.
