Looking for an experienced personal trainer who's worked with older men, neither patronizing nor unrealistic. I'm a mid-70s guy who's always preferred to work out in his garage alone; good collection of barbells, dumbbells, lat pulldown, preacher curl machine, bags etc. I'm just coming back to workouts after a half year sedentary period following some back issues. I do a fair amount of weight training, some cardio, good nutrition, but need someone experienced with both old guy limitations and aspirations to correct bad form, change exercises if necessary, advise whether to increase weights or not, tweaks. Two hour-long sessions should be enough but let's see how it goes. Available most days including weekends, mid-to-late mornings best.
