Purchased to relieve back pain and much less expensive than a new mattress of any quality. Continuously covered with an impermeable mattress cover. Found that I was allergic to polyurethane- took a while to manifest and confirm, by which time I was a few days beyond the "return deadline" and amazingly MyPillow would not stand behind it!? Very disappointed that I could not keep as it immediately relieved my back pain. Wonderful product! If this one were to arrive on your doorstep you would accept it as new! Purchased for $300. Yours- along with two unpacked but never used pillows- for $110! Such a DEAL! Will entertain REASONABLE offers...
