HEART ATTACK DOCTOR'S tell me I should no longer use it even though it helped me a GREAT deal when I did.
The inversion table is adjustable several ways - it is adjustable to your height, plus the strap shown in the photos under the table allows you to adjust the level of incline to your comfort. I initially used it and would go full incline but found later that I could get the same amount of help from it with a much less incline.
