It has three shelves and has four wheels and as a handle I used to use it personally as I put like my snacks and stuff in it, but I don’t use it anymore so I’m just trying to sell it for money. I bought it at at Ace Hardware for $200 so I’m selling it for 100. It’s like brand new though all you have to do is wipe it down with some wet wipes and it’ll be good to go maybe lubricate the wheels a little bit. Get a smooth ride but it’s pretty smooth already.
