Need reliable person to assist homeowners to maintain home in West York...to include paperwork, painting, gardening, organizing, filing and cleaning about 10-20 hrs. a week. Please no smokers and be available between 8 a.m to 7 p.m. on an agreed upon schedule that may change from week to week.... able to feed the cats or dog when away for work.
Prefer stable home life and living situation. Own reliable transportation is a must. Respond with an outline of experience or a resume. No child care available. Long term only!!!!

Must live within 5 -10 miles of the CL map AND must be reasonably available during the week 8 a.m. -7p.m...... an occasionally weekend and sometimes when good weather is needed depending on the projects needed to be completed.
