We are seeking Construction Laborers to join our TEAM.
A Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Being able to perform strenuous manual labor outdoors, in all normal temperature ranges and weather conditions (rain, sun, snow, wind, etc.)
• Experienced with tool usage such as hammers, wrenches, shovels, pry bars chain
saws etc.
• Ability to traverse uneven terrain with varying elevation differences.
• Work near and around heavy construction equipment as well as large material objects.
• Work in enclosed spaces, cylindrical casing and excavation pits
• Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• Attentive to detail and alert always to ensure safety
• Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
• Ability to work overtime, night shift and weekends as business conditions require
Position Requirements:
• Prior experience in construction helpful but not required.
• Prior welding experience is a plus. If there is no experience, willingness to learn
the welding trade.
• The job requires being on your feet for extended periods and performing strenuous
physical tasks.
• Ability to travel to construction sites within the region, NY, PA, NJ, WV, TN, MI, VA, MA
as required. Overnight stays more than 75% of the time
• Reliable transportation to and from work along with a valid driver’s license
