Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Lighting Installer and bring illumination to life! In this role, you will be responsible for installing permanent year-round architectural lighting systems. Your attention to detail will ensure that lighting solutions are safely and efficiently integrated, enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of various spaces. Duties
Install indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, controls, and related equipment
Read and interpret work orders, installation plans, and specifications
Assemble, mount, and connect lighting systems according to industry standards
Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues as needed
Perform routine maintenance on existing lighting installations
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Ensure all work complies with local building and electrical codes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in lighting installation, construction, or a related field preferred
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights when necessary
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
Ability to work independently in the field with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
