Process Analyst

compensation: $16-20 DOE
employment type: full-time

Our client a leading snack manufacturer is currently seeking a Process Analyst for 2nd shift. This is a contract-hire role with great benefits at time of conversion.

Process analyst is responsible for providing regular monitoring of the relevant KPIs of the plant (Inventory, Yield, Volume, Waste), as well as monitoring of fixed expenses vs. budgets, Yield calculations and production reports (QuickBooks) in order to provide pertinent information to Plant Manager/SVP.
Operations about the production process.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Plant Manager/SVP. Operations Subordinate positions: None.

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver weekly reports (Inventory, Yield, Volume, Waste)
Updating records in QuickBooks (Recipes, BOM’s, etc.)
Develop and implement administrative processes and SOP’s in the Operations area.

Skills/knowledge:
Ability to apply policies and procedures to entire staff consistently/routinely.

Computer literacy
Skills/Education:
Minimum of 2 years of data processing experience within ERP environments (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Preferred associate degree. Engineering/Business degree, a plus.
Strong computer literacy. Demonstrate strong capability with Word, Excel, ERP or similar.

Abilities:
Ability to develop strong team loyalty and support. Lead by example with regards to integrity, work ethic and performance driven.
Self-driven, results –oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and performance goals.
Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with all levels of employees and executives.

Additional Requirements:
Flexible schedule to work first, second, third shift and/or weekends
Work as part of the Operations team to provide continuous improvement in all areas, employee safety and cost improvement.
