Our company is seeking an administrative assistant to manage many important office duties here at McNamara's. We are looking for part time coverage in our collections, sales and service departments. Job duties and responsibilities will include taking payments, answering phones, directing phones, small administrative projects, assisting other department heads, filing, etc.
Experience with Microsoft programs is required for this position. Prior office or business experience is also a requirement.
Job hours are flexible but evening and every other Saturday hours are required.
Are normal business hours are M,TH,F 9-7pm: T & W 9-5pm: Saturday's 9-4pm
Job Goal: To provide clerical support to McNamara's office staff as well as maintain valid and updated insurance information for current McNamara customers.
Answer incoming phone calls
Scheduling of settlements
Scheduling service pick ups
Meet and Greet & sales
Reports to: Collections, Service, and Sales managers
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
No experience in the insurance or sales department is necessary for this position, we are willing to train you!
Job Types: Part-time 20-30 hours/wk
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
