I have a one year old trained male ring neck dove. He does not make any noise.He is not vocal at all. He has not made a noise at all in the past year. This is a high end multi step cage. The cage comes with a podium that has wheels. And storage. Cage is an amazing condition. Bird ( max ) is is amazing. Health. Will be placing a $200 rehome fee to insure he goes to a good home.
