3 year old chocolate lab looking for forever home (Spring Grove)

I’m only exploring options to rehome him due to him deserving a better life. Due to personal reasons, I just don’t have the time to let him run all of his energy out and he spends too much time in his cage. He could use additional training, but for the most part, does good off leash, and knows simple commands. I’ll include his cage and all of his favorite toys, collar, leash, and food bowl. Asking a rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home (no payment plans accepted). I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old, so this is not easy for me to do, but he deserves a better life than what I’ve been able to give him. He has not been neutered yet, and is not up to date on shots at this time.
