As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting in efforts all throughout the shop. You'll most likely be one of the first faces a customer sees when they walk through the door, so a friendly attitude and great service will be required. You'll educate customers on inspection results for their vehicles, communicate the benefits and value of any needed work and help answer any questions a customer may have. Driving sales through educating customers about their needs is your primary responsibility while helping maintain proper paperwork and procedures are being followed.
