Brand new in the box.. removed and tested, everything works as it should. Also has 12v jump starter, low idle for economy gas saving. Which means when no load, runs low idle, when load on, it kicks to high idle. Also has USB hookups. Also comes with screw on oil funnel. Also these can be hooked up parallel for multiple generator use
