Dougstuff - 6 inch Bench Grinder on Stand - $30 (Glenville)

The stand is shop made from a 16 inch car wheel, with an 8 inch square by ¼ inch thick top plate. It is heavy and solid.
The grinder runs great – smooth, no bearing noise. It is a Sears “Companion” 6 inch, 3450 RPM. Probably from the 1940's or 50's.
The grinding wheels are in good shape and run true, not chipped or out of round. There are no guards or shields.
The stand alone is worth the price.
