Large Precast Facility is looking for skilled Concrete labor who is willing to work long hours and make lots of over time while working with a team to get precast products made for large scale construction projects in the region.

NATURE OF WORK
Perform production work in the manufacturing of high quality concrete products including precast wall panel products. Under limited supervision performs manual labor work in the construction of precast concrete and performs other related work as assigned. This is a full-time career. The days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday. Overtime is expected to occur depending on project requirements. This position may entail weekend work but only on occasion.
TYPICAL DUTIES
Including but not limited to:
Use measurement tools, hammer, knife, and other tools as needed to assist in production projects
General clean up
Cleaning Forms
Placing Strand
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Placing concrete
Additional functions as needed to manufacture large precast construction components
Equipment/tool labeling & monitoring
Help other crews as required
Bending/Lifting/Twisting/Walking up to 10 hours daily.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Use of power and hand tools.
Able to attend work on time as scheduled.
Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 50lbs.
Work extended hours 10-12 hour days – 5 days a week.
Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service specifications.
