Signarama York is currently seeking a Sign/Vinyl Installer to help supply signage to Central Pennsylvania. We are seeking a team player who is motivated, reliable, a go-getter, and who is able to perform tasks independently. This position demands being self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining safety, efficiency, meeting deadlines, and driving high-quality. This job consists of working outside in all types of weather conditions and indoors at our production facility.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out the installation process for all types of signage, vinyl products, and vehicle graphics.
• Analyze sign installation requirements and determine resources needed.
• Recommend efficient installation solutions and methods that ensure the safety of our employees and clients.
• Perform accurate signage surveys in the estimation process.
• Assist in the Production Facility daily.

Qualifications:
• Sign/Vinyl fabrication and installation experience is required.
• Bucket truck operation experience is not required, but the willingness to learn is a plus.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, work out of a bucket truck/mechanical lifts, and be comfortable with heights
• Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
• Basic working knowledge of electronics and ability to trouble shoot issues that arise during service and installation.
• General carpentry, power tools, and construction skills are necessary.
• Must be able to read work orders and follow instruction.
• Good communication skills – both oral and written.
• Experience in installation of vinyl, window graphics, and vehicle wraps is a plus.
• Good problem solver with the desire to seek and learn new techniques to get the job done right.
Compensation will be based upon experience in the sign fabrication/installation profession.
